Our returns policy is listed here as well as in our Terms of Service.

We want you to absolutely love your new items from Shop Plural. If your new item is defective or damaged, we have the following return options available, subject to our agreement with you:

  • Full price items - Refund / Store Credit
  • Discount Code Items - Refund / Store Credit
  • End Of Season Sale Items- Return for a Store Credit.

The shipping cost to return items is payable by the customer.


  • Your return is initiated via an email to within 2 calendar days from the receipt of the item, together a photograph of the defect.

  • Once we have acknowledged the defect, you may upon our request arrange for return of the item to us within 7 calendar days from the date of receipt of the item by you, for orders made in Singapore, or 30 calendar days from the date of dispatch for international orders.
  • Items must be unused and unaltered, and with their packaging intact.
  • The shipping cost to return item(s) is payable by you, the customer. Shop Plural reserves the right to deny a return if it does not meet the conditions above.

Please ensure you use a protective bag and a registered/traceable form of postage as Shop Plural will not be responsible for goods that are damaged or lost in transit.

You will receive an email notification once your return is received and processed. Store Credits and Refunds are issued instantly on our end, but refunds can sometimes take up to 15 business days to be processed by your bank. 


All customers are responsible for customs and/or imports duties and taxes on orders outside of Singapore. (Plu)ral Art LLP is legally required to declare the full value paid on shipments and must include an invoice for customs authorities should they require it. If you are unsure of the position regarding customs and duties, we recommend contacting your local customs office for further information.


We aim to process all orders within 3 business days.

You will receive an automated email confirmation after your order has been submitted.  Please ensure that your email address has been entered correctly.

Once we begin processing your order we are unable to amend it. If you wish to cancel your order please contact us immediately at We will make every effort to accommodate your request however this may not be possible if the order is already on its way to you.


All orders are sent from our headquarters in Singapore.

Within Singapore

We offer Free Express Shipping for all orders within Singapore. Parcels will be left at your address but only if deemed safe by the delivery driver. If you require a signature upon delivery please contact us.

International Orders

Orders are sent via DHL Express - the fastest international shipping method available. Any Duties and Taxes payable on International Orders are the responsibility of the recipient and (Plu)ral Art LLP has no control over import fees. Signature upon delivery is required.

If you require your items to be shipped outside of Singapore, please write to us at so that we may advise you on the relevant costs, which will be bourne by you.


Our items are all handmade individually, by our selected partnering artists. Instructions for product care are listed together with each specific item.

We try to be accurate as reasonably possible in our descriptions of products available for purchase through our website. However, our products may vary slightly from their pictures. The images of the products on our website are for illustrative purposes only. Our products are handmade by artists and may include small differences from their published images as a result of the artistic production process. Colours may appear slightly different in reality due to studio lighting conditions, or variances in computer screen calibration. We do however strive to ensure that screen colours are true to life, as much as possible.
